Fill a PDF form

Open a PDF with form fields, type your answers right into them, and download a completed copy — optionally flattened so the values are locked in.

Your file is processed entirely in your browser — it is never uploaded to a server.

How it works

Fill a PDF form in three steps

  1. 1

    Upload your form

Drop a PDF that contains interactive form fields.

  2. 2

    Fill it in

Enter values into the detected text fields and toggle checkboxes.

  3. 3

    Download

Save the filled form, flattened if you choose.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of fields are supported?
Standard AcroForm text fields and checkboxes are supported. Forms without interactive fields can be handled with the Edit PDF tool instead.
What does flattening do?
Flattening renders your entered values into the page so they display everywhere and can no longer be edited.
Is my form uploaded?
No. The form is read and filled entirely in your browser.
